All product shipping, return, and quality issue policies are therefore established and implemented by Medifast Inc. and TSFL. For all product return issues, contact TSFL Customer Service at 800-572-4417 toll free. If after doing so you still have concerns, call Medifast Tucson and we will attempt to assist you with your issue. <br> <br> TSFL must be notified within 30 days of the purchase date if there are any problems or issues with an order or shipment. TSFL will either re-ship the items in question or credit the account.</li> <li>Shipping charges will not be refunded.</li> <li>A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required.</li> <li>If the customer receives defective non-consumable goods the company will send replacements. TSFL will not accept any returns for these products.</li> </ul> <p><b>EXCHANGES</b></p> <ul> <li>TSFL does not accept any exchanges on any products.</li> </ul> <p><b>DAMAGED GOODS</b></p> <ul> <li>If a package arrives damaged and unacceptable. TSFL must be notified within fifteen (15) days.</li> <li>If notification is not given within fifteen (15) days no claim will be placed with the shipping agent, and replacement products will not be shipped for the damaged package.</li> </ul> <p><b>SHIPPING ERRORS</b></p> <ul> <li>When packages are shipped to the wrong destination because of a TSFL error, TSFL will pay to have the package shipped to the proper location. TSFL will ship expedited freight for any products needed immediately (i.e. customer is out of supplements completely) but will ship UPS Ground for all other products.</li> <li>If the error is on the client’s part, they must make their own arrangements to send the shipment back to TSFL in order to receive credit.</li> <li>If the shipping agent (i.e. Federal Express, UPS, or USPS) has delivered the shipment inaccurately, TSFL will send shipping labels to the customer.
